This can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but most commonly a composite door has a UPVC or GRP(Glass Reinforced Plastic) outer skin and a timber or high density foam core. ‘Hallmark Panels’ our main suppliers use the GRP skin with a high
density CFC-free polyurethane foam core.
The frame is steel reinforced UPVC.
Our doors can achieve PAS24:2016 and Secure by Design, an industry enhanced security standard.
All ‘Hallmark’ composite doors have a 10 year manufacturers guarantee except Rosewood and Golden Oak which are guaranteed for 5 years, (if you require a door with either of these finishes, we would recommend that you view our ‘Ultimate’ UPVC door collection). When fitted by our own skilled fitters, we also give a 10 year insurance backed guarantee on our workmanship.
